Thank you for your input, but how can I can correct that problem ? Does that mean I'll have to change the scanner assembly?

Everything is fine during the first minutes: Auto Test is OK, and I can print the fonts. Then after printing some correct sheets, I hear a click-click sound coming from the left upper front side of the machine, and I get horizontal black stripes, generally a 3 to 4 mm high one followed by one or two thin ones. Then the machine stops and says Error 41. Pressing "Continue" gives the same bad results.
Has anybody any idea what the problem could be? Thanks in advance |
