recently my deskjet 710c has started acting up. it will stop printing in the middle of a job and am error message will appear on my desktop reading ' the printer is out of paper', when its clearly not. it then refuses to respond to any of the troubleshooting tips and basically just goes dead, with any attempts to print being met with this error message. the first time it happened, after about a day, i reinserted some old ink cartridges and it started working again and continued to work once i put the new ones in. but now its done it again, without warning and literally at random halfway through printing a page. can anyone help or make any suggestions at all??? |
